  • Company name, logo and provided link included on the event’s website as a Platinum sponsor
  • Three (3) social media “Thank You” posts listings on Facebook, naming the company, level of sponsorship and link sometime between 4 months prior and one year post conference
  • Company name and logo listed as a Platinum level sponsor on a single Power Point slide during the event
  • Full page ad in final abstract program (placement on first paid first served basis)
  • Virtual Floor banner showing company name, link to specified website, and a break out room with a 3 – 5-minute video. (Other options TBD)
  • Two (2) complimentary registrations

Refund Policy

We allow refunds for up to 2 weeks before the conference begins. However, upon a refund request, we will keep 15% of the transaction cost. Please contact Scientific.committee@sosort.org for refund requests.
