  • Two (2) social media “Thank You” posts listings on Facebook, naming the company, level of sponsorship and link sometime between 4 months prior and one-year post conference
  • Company name and logo listed as a Gold level sponsor on 1/2 Power Point slide during the event
  • Half page ad in final abstract program (placement on first paid first served basis)
  • Virtual Floor banner showing company name, link to specified website, and level of sponsorship. (Other options TBD)
  • One (1) complimentary registration

Refund Policy

We allow refunds for up to 2 weeks before the conference begins. However, upon a refund request, we will keep 15% of the transaction cost. Please contact Scientific.committee@sosort.org for refund requests.
